Art Start: Stroller & Toddler Tours

Once a month, our youngest patrons are invited to the Jepson Center for story time, a special tour, and an art activity. Strollers, crying babies, toddlers, and older siblings are all welcome here!

• May 21: The World of William O. Golding | CAM
• June 18:  Off the Coast of Paradise: Artists & Ossabaw Island, 1961 - Now
  • Create wind paintings, blow paint across paper using straws to create textures that mimic wind, water, and flowing marsh grass.
• July 16: Impressionism & Modernity: French and American Painting
  • Explore color, light, texture, and shapes, while practicing observation and creative expression with paint. 
• August 20:  Divided Loyalties: Stories of the American Revolution
  • Create a picture showing the people, places, and things you care about.
• September 17: A Seat at the Table
  • Create decorated plates to show what makes people happy at your table. 
• October 15: Michelangelo's Women 
• November 19: In Reflection: Contemporary Art & Ourselves
