Join us for a day of plein air painting on the inspiring and secluded Ossabaw Island—Georgia’s first Heritage Preserve. This one-day workshop is designed for beginner to advanced artists who want to experience the raw beauty of the coast while developing their skills in observation, composition, and expressive mark-making. From windswept beaches to moss-draped oaks, Ossabaw offers a truly one-of-a-kind natural studio.

What’s Included:

• Round-trip ferry transportation from Savannah
  
  
• Guided painting sessions with instructor support
  
  
• Time to explore and paint key island environments on the
  
  
• Open to artists of all levels using oil, acrylic, watercolor, or gouache.
  
  

Itinerary ( subject to change) 

6:00 AM – Meet for ferry departure
9:00 AM – Arrival & Orientations
10:00 AM–12:30 PM – Morning plein air painting session (optional demo by Kip Bradley)
12:30–1:30 PM – Picnic lunch (bring your own)
1:30–3:30 PM – Afternoon painting session (beach or historic site)
3:30–4:15 PM – Group critique, reflection, and optional show & tell
4:30 PM – Ferry departs for Savannah
5:30 PM – Return to the mainland
